CENTRE MANAGEMENT
Our Centre Management team is here to help with any enquiries or assistance you may need. Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If the office is unattended, please call us on 03 9036 2855.
Parking
Highlands Shopping Centre offers free parking to its customers with a total of 377 parking bays, including designated spaces for disabled customers, seniors, and parents with prams.

Parents Room
A parents room is available for use, located in the corridor next to Woolworths and the customer toilets. It is equipped with facilities for nappy changes, baby care, and breastfeeding. The door is secured with a code, so please ask centre management staff for access.
Disabled Amenities
Our Disabled Restrooms are located down the corridor next to Woolworths.
Disabled parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrance for customer convenience.
